Access to cameras and recordings
Video recordings, configurations and access to your cameras are strictly limited to the client and the persons they have designated. Two accredited employees of MontréalSoft Inc., who have been investigated by the Sûreté du Québec through the Bureau de la sécurité privée, may access them only at the express request of the client's representatives.
Disclosure to police services
We may occasionally transmit videos from outdoor cameras to police services, only at the express request of the client's representatives.
Retention of recordings
The retention period of recordings depends on the system used at the client's premises, including hard drive capacity and the number of cameras installed.
System updates and tests
MontréalSoft Inc. may also, without the client's consent, perform updates of systems, cameras and the recorder, as well as periodic tests to confirm that everything is working correctly.
Retention of personal data
Your data is retained as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
